    VP, Design

Leading product and brand at scale

I helped build Clari’s product and design organization over thirteen years, progressing from its first interfaces to leading product and brand as VP of Design.

Working with the founders in the early days, I shaped the product experience. As the company grew, I built the design team, established shared systems and practices, and brought product and brand under a common direction.

Expertise

What I lead.

My scope spans enterprise product design, brand, design systems, and AI experiences—from early foundations to teams working at scale.

  • 01

    Product & Experience

    Enterprise workflows, end to end.

Product direction, information architecture, and interaction design for complex tools, including revenue operations and cybersecurity.

  • 02

    Brand & Identity

    Identity across product and market.

Visual identity, typography, color, and digital experiences that connect a company’s external presence with its product.

  • 03

    Design Systems

    Foundations that reach implementation.

Design tokens, component architecture, and shared interaction patterns, with connections between Figma and frontend engineering.

  • 04

    AI & Emerging Experiences

    Interfaces for autonomous work.

Threat hunting, investigations, and agent-driven workflows that connect system activity, supporting evidence, and the next action.

Philosophy

How I lead.

I lead by making priorities explicit, building shared practices, and staying close to the work.

  • Clarity over complexity.

Define the problem and the decision before discussing the solution. Make priorities and tradeoffs explicit so the team knows what matters.

  • Systems over heroics.

Turn recurring decisions into shared principles and practices. Give teams the context to move forward without making every choice depend on a single person.

  • Craft at every scale.

Stay close enough to critique the details. Know when to contribute directly and when to give the team room to develop the solution.

  • Collaboration over ownership.

Bring product, engineering, and design into decisions early. Work through constraints together and share responsibility for what reaches the customer.

Let's connect.

I'm always interested in thoughtful conversations about design, technology, and what comes next.
